There has been some disappointment among my English speaking friends about my blog not being in English. It has actually been on my to do list from the beginning to create an English version of tortütata but… of course… I am lazy. So I apologise and promise to do better. In the meantime, should you like any of the pictures on the blog and would like to have the recipe in English, just send me a message and I will translate it for you!

Sweet tooth anyone? Then try these amazing Cookies! The recipe is not only in English but also in cup measurements! Accept my apologies…

Then take two tablespoons and form heaps of dough on a baking sheat. Please leave room for the dough to spread when it gets warm. There should be no more than 9 heaps of dough on one sheet. Bake them in a preheated oven at 170°C until the edges just start to brown. The middle should still look pale. That takes around 10 minutes, depending on your oven. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool.
